Thursday: A few light showers remain over northern Limpopo, otherwise clear, dry weather dominates. A cold front approaches the west coast, bringing rain to the south-western Cape.
Friday: The cold front moves along the south and east coasts, brining a chance of light rain and showers over these areas, with overnight drizzle over the KZN interior.
Saturday: Light morning and evenin rain or drizzle likely in places in KZN. Isolated thundershowers return to the highveld.
Sunday: High pressure ridges eastward, bringing further rain to KZN and cloudy, cooler conditions to the lowveld. The surface trough deepens in the interior, helping to generate isolated to scattered thundershowers in eastern RSA.
Monday: High pressure dominates in the upper air, while moisture in circulation from the north of the RSA contributes to isolated thundershowers in the central interior. Light evening rain possible along the south coast as a surface high Tuesday: Rain spreads to the eastern coastal belt. Sufficient moisture for thundershower development is present over many parts of the country, including the western and central interior.
Wednesday: Cloudy and rainy weather is likely to persist on the eastern coastal belt while cooling once again invades the lowveld. Thundershowers are expected over much of central and eastern RSA.
